ABOUT US
The ITower project took off and Turkey's first small m² A+ office project became the first and only company to which Sinpaş GYO provided projects for flats.
2011 - Started the IstWest project. Became the sole shareholder of Boyner Holding in the real estate sector. It was the first real estate company to enter into a profit and loss partnership with Albarakatürk. It became the fastest selling residential project in Turkey.
2012- Launched the May Residence project. Continued its profit and loss partnership with Albarakatürk. Made its first land investment of its own.
2013- Started the Parima project. Made his second land investment with equity.
2014 - Launched the Premier Kampus Office project. It realised the first and only campus office project in Turkey
2018- With a construction area of 500,000 m2, it reached a value of 935 million dollars.
