Fer Yapı started in April 2010 with the aim of signing projects that make a difference in the industry. It designs projects with an original, modern and innovative architectural approach to realise the most prestigious projects in the industry and create lasting works for future generations.
Since the first year of its establishment, it has gained the trust of giant institutions such as Sinpaş GYO and Boyner Holding, representing the forward-looking face of Turkey, and has made a difference with its projects on a total construction area of 500,000 m² with a total value of about TL 2 billion.
Fer Yapı has signed important projects such as IstWest, iTower, Mai Residence, Parima and Premier Kampus Office. IstWest was realised in Bahçelievler, at the most visible point of the Basın Ekspres Yolu development symbol, one of the busiest locations in Istanbul. By building only 1000 flats on a 70-dekar land where 3000 flats could be built, a spacious living area was created with plenty of space for green and social areas. iTower was developed as the first small square-metre-a+ office project in Bomonti, one of Istanbul’s main commercial centres. Fer Yapı continues its journey with Turkey’s most prestigious projects, such as Parima Ofis, the new face of Merter, Mai Residence with magnificent sea and island views in Kartal, the rising Star of Istanbul, and Premier Kampus Office, Turkey’s first campus office project.
